Schnäppchen Jäger is an independent Swiss project. It is paid for by the people who subscribe to it, not by advertising.

Purpose

Schnäppchen Jäger compares grocery prices for shoppers in Switzerland. Product prices come from publicly available sources at the large Swiss retailers. Part of the service is free and part of it is paid.

Paid service

Searching is free, but limited to a number of searches a day. Anyone who wants to search without a daily limit and be told when something gets cheaper takes out a subscription: CHF 2 a month or CHF 20 a year. These amounts include VAT, so the figure shown is the figure charged. A subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the period already paid for. Payments are handled by our payment provider Stripe. The details are in the Terms of Use.

Content Responsibility

All price data is collected automatically from publicly available sources. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all displayed prices are correct or current. Please verify prices directly with the retailer before making purchase decisions.
